Greenway Grazing

September 6, 2019 @ 12:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Graze your way along the 46km Waterford Greenway off-road cycling & walking trail along an old railway line between Waterford & Dungarvan.  On this day only, the makers bring their food and drink onto the trail itself.

You’ll have a chance to buy, to taste, to meet the people who make their food and drink in the beautiful lands around the Greenway, before heading to Waterford Harvest Festival to find out and enjoy more food for the weekend.

Inspired by our food and drink makers throughout Ireland, this event is part of the invitation to Taste the Island, a lovely initiative hosted to showcase the best of local and seasonal food throughout the Island of Ireland.  See discoverireland.ie for more details and more events as part of this programme.
